My name is Jennifer Branch. I am wife, mother, community volunteer, author, entrepreneur and inspired woman. I invite you to join me. My quest is simple, to inspire the world one baby at a time with words that provoke compassion and inspiration.
Shortly after the birth of my fourth child many months ago, I was overcome with joy, as are most mothers. I wanted to share that joy. I wanted the world to know that she was more than a bundle of cuteness. She mattered. She meant something. She held the potential to change the world in her tiny little hand. In my search for an outward expression of these unlimited possibilities, I was disappointed to discover that everywhere I turned all I could find were clothes centered in vanity. Cutie, sweetie, pretty girl, adorable, while all are very popular, they just didn’t delve deep enough. They defined the package, not the spirit that had changed our lives. Late one night while rocking my little one back to sleep, I was inspired. A whole alphabet of words and meanings flowed into my thoughts as though they were being dictated from above, and thus an idea, a company, and a quest were born.
My philosophy is simple, positive words=positive change. It’s a “pay if forward” kind of notion. If someone is reading “blessed” or “cherished” as they’re looking into an angelic little face, perhaps they will feel the power of those words. Perhaps they will pay that warm fuzzy feeling forward at the checkout counter, or to the bank teller with a kind word or a smile. Perhaps for the first time in a long time they too will remember the blessings they have in their own lives, the people they cherish, relationships or circumstances in their lives for which they are grateful. How many times do you suppose someone stops and coos at an infant in the grocery store? Park? Bus Stop? If even one of those people gets the message on a deeper level, then it is all worth it, because one turns to two, to three, and beyond. Change has taken root.
So again, I invite you to join me. Together we can and will inspire the world for the better, one beautiful baby at a time!
